摘要

In this study, we have evaluated the effect of D,L-PLA on physicochemical characteristics and pharmacokinetics of paclitaxel-containing polymeric micelles of mPEG-PLA (PM). D,L-PLA was incorporated into mPEG-PLA micelles with paclitaxel to control the micellar size and also improved the stability of mPEG-PLA micelles. It increased the residence time of drug in blood circulation.
