摘要

For temperature-responsive drug delivery, we synthesized a novel thermo-sensitive polymeric nanoparticles. First, the amphiphilic copolymer was prepared from poly(D, L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLG) and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm). Prepared nanoparticles were physico-chemically characterized by fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), fluorescence spectroscopy, photon correlation spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscope.
