摘要

Dose response to cytoskeleton-specific immunoliposome (CSIL) therapy in myocardial preservation was assessed in Langendorff-instrumented rat hearts. Increased preservation of myocardial function (left ventricular developed pressure) was obtained with increasing dose of CSIL. A minimal concentration of CSIL is required for preservation of myocardial function in experimental acute myocardial infarction.
