Problems related with the radiation and scattering of sound by elastic bodies located near the boundary of the elastic-half space are considered. The method of solution is based on the Helmholtz-like integral equation including special Green's function satisfying the boundary conditions on the half-space surface. Such Green's function is described using integrals along Sommerfeld contour on the complex plane of the incidence angle. The elastic properties of the body are described by the mechanical modes impedances. The integral equation is reduced to an algebraic system. As an example sound pressure scattered by elastic cylinder and elastic sphere located near an elastic half-space are calculated. Diffraction of sound on the open end of a waveguide with impedance walls and flanges are considered by the same method as well.
