This paper analyzes the present logistics market in China and the effective logistics resources of railway. According to the demand of developing "third party logistics", object and method used to integrate various logistics resources are brought forward. Then the paper provides the management mode of railway freight based on 3PL. The paper puts forward the time problem existing in railway freight that is urgent to be solved to developing modern logistics. At last the paper provides relevant measures to improve goods transit period.
