In this paper we describe a new circuit topology that uses an operational amplifier to eliminate "V_(BE) (or V_(GS)) terms" in bipolar (or FET) based current mirrors. This kind of circuits permits to obtain high performances DC current sources and v-i converters suitable for sensors and low voltage applications. The most important advantages of these circuits respect to other topologies that use operational amplifiers are the capability to drive grounded loads, to operate with single supply voltage and to realise several well matched and high performances current sources using just one operational amplifier.
