The work pretends to develop and afterwards industrialise and commercialise a Photovoltaic Concentrator where the most sensible elements exposed to degradation such us reflecting mirrors and cells are protected. The work is a continuation of the one presented one year ago at the 16th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference. A considerable cost reduction of the Wp with regards to market flat-plate PV modules is expected because an increase in the efficiency due to concentration. Long lifetime and maintenance free considerations have been taken into account. In the design of the PV module and the heat sink, the possibility of using the residual thermal energy has been taken into account. Progresses in the design stage are shown in the paper in order to determine the most convenient final design.
