Fibre-optical Two-colour Thermo Detector

Temperature is one of the most important physical quantities used in science, technology and industrial production. Great emphasis is therefore often given to the measurement and control of temperature.In certain circumstances, improper temperature control reduce greatly the productivity and results in demage of equipment and even personnel casulities. There are many ways to measure temperature , such as the thermosensitive resistor, the electric thermo―couple, but their uses are usually restrained when there are strong corrosion and strong electromagnetic interference, because temperature changes bring about changes in physical parameters. A fibre-optical two-colour thermo detector is designed to overcome this difficulty.
