摘要

A novel experimental prototype is established for detection of gas turbine dynamic gap using the fiber-optic measurement technology. A novel probe is designed and the corresponding compensation action is suggested to compensate for the effects of sample surface features and the other environmental impacts. The preliminary experimental results showed that the fiber-optic sensor system can be used to measure the vane dynamic gap at high temperature and rotating speed under formidable on-site operation conditions.
