Based on the theory of relativity, A new method is proposed to measure the displacement of an object moving at non-uniform speed, by transforming spatial displacement measurement into time difference measurement, and transforming the accuracy of mechanical process into the purification and anti-jamming of electrical signals. A mathematical model is established to realize the displacement measurement of an object at a non-uniform velocity by accumulating "micro-time" or time pulse. The structure of time-space transformation system based on this mathematical model is introduced. The graduation of time is approximately 1000 times shorter than that of mechanics, and the time graduation cannot be influenced by temperature, powder and dust etc., and much higher accuracy and reliability can be obtained by using time difference to measure spatial displacement.
