Many relics from ruins are small fragments and work is required to restore their original shapes in order to research, analyze, or display them. However, there are problems associated with handling the relics without causing damage. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a computer-aided relics restoration model based on knowledge database. Furthermore, shape representation and blending policy of relic pieces for cultural relic restoration is described emphatically.
