Digital technology has become main one on TV system. After finished the work from simulation to digital, integrated service must be the hot point. Until now China haven't national standard of data broadcast and interactive service. Common software platform hasn't been thought much of. The development on Internet just begun, and the latency market is huge. On the one hand the broadband resource of CATV network haven't been opened out sufficiency, on the other hand band is not enough, which influence the development. It is necessary to use broadband resource sufficiency. At first, the station transmits data and TV with data broadcast technology. Secondly we should research and develop digital TV. ATSC DASE and DVB MHP is becoming better and better, and the open cable is so. Thecompetition for market is starting. By and large, China should draw national standard on data broadcast and interactive service as soon as quickly. All specialists on computer, broadcast and communication should concert effort to cooperate and advance the common software platform on interactive TV. With which we can match with international technology.
