Neutron beam characteristics were measured at KENS regarding the renewal of the target-moderator-reflector assembly. The recovery of the cold neutron flux was confirmed as well as improvements in the pulse shape of the thermal neutrons. The measurements were also compared with LCS (LAHET code system) netronic calculations
