Substructure Inhomogeneity of Recrystallized Zr Based Alloys

As applied to commercial Zr-based alloys, it was shown by use of the new X-ray method of Generalized Pole Figures, that recrystallization of the dominant α-Zr phase only weakens its initial substructure inhomogeneity, formed by rolling in the course of texture development, but does not remove it.
