Novel High Accuracy Full Digital Servo System

摘要

The thesis introduces a novel full digital high accuracy super low speed servo system based on high performance micro-controller. The thesis expounds and analyzes the constitution, principle and feature of the system. It researches the control rule and function realization of the system. The experiment result shows the system has high accuracy and excellent super low speed characteristics.
