摘要

Electrophotographic properties of dual-layer photoreceptors that comprising of different dyes [oxotitanium phthalocyanine (TiOPc) and oxovanadyl tetraphenylporphyrin (VOTPP)] were investigated. The VOTPP/TiOPc composite photoreceptors showed complementary effect in spectral sensitivity. X-ray diffraction patterns and absorption spectra of composites indicated that there were no in actions between two components under their ground states. The enhancement in photosensitivity of VOTPP/TiOPc composite in 500-600nm range has been ascribed to the weak photoinduced charge transfer between TiOPc and VOTPP molecules.
