The document describes the coordination procedures and absence of transparency for ITU-BR satellite examination work. The reforms and streamlining of ITU satellite procedures are slow and not in keeping with global demand. The analyses of the current databases and incorrect data is provided The document gives some proposals for the improvement of working procedure, aiming to resolve the delay problems, taking into account the attempts already done by ITU experts. List of software for automating the satellite examination is given. Methodologyy for automated satellite network examinations and structure of the results are proposed. Ways of improving of the satellite examination procedure are discussed.
