Postharvest Processing of Agricultural Products Produced in Agricultural High Sci-tech Garden and Its Plan Design

The present situation and developing trend of the post-harvest processing of agricultural products produced in agricultural sci-tech garden in China are introduced. In order to reach the objectives of reasonable function group separation, advanced technological process, practical technique & equipment, optimal socioeconomic benefits, it is presented that the plan & design of agricultural product processing should be based on the general planning of the agricultural sci-tech garden, taking into full consideration all kinds of internal & external factors. According to the general rules, methods and experience for project planning of agricultural product processing, based on the varieties, quantity and quality of products produced in gardens, the principles, methods, steps and contents of the plan & design of post-harvest processing of agricultural products produced in the garden are systematically discussed. Finally, some suggestions on bidding for plan & design institutes, quality supervision, information network construction, management, project fund security, etc are made.
