摘要

In this paper, we propose the concept of No Address Space Operating System, discuss one of its implementation prototypes, and analyze its advantages as well as its disadvantages. We believe that the concept of process virtual address space should be canceled in operation systems, instructions should access files directly, and processes should run on files. Compared with traditional operation systems, No Address Space Operationg System has may advantages, such as Single File Space, Single Data Storage Model, the separation of Data storage and data computation, implementation of Distributed Shared Memory, Distributed File System as well as the integration of them.
