A new method for the calculation of the cross-section distribution of axial currents in coaxial homogeneous of axial currents in coaxial homogeneous or non-homogeneous conductors is presented. The integral equations are converted to algebraic equations which are very easy to evaluate the solutiosn accurately. The method is wasy to program with, as well as being able to reach wery high accuracy and running much faster. With the universality for all kinds of conducting wirs, this method hs been used to calculate the oil-well current distribution while logging well with the electromagnetic field method.
