In this paper, the effects of changes of heart position caused by such as inspiring or breathing out deeply etc. on body surface potentials in a 3-D homogeneous body torso model was described. The results showed that the distribution and magnitude of body surface potentials would change while the heart rotated clockwise to half-vertical position or counterclockwise to half-transverse position from the normal position.
