The current situation of isolated sites concerning prevention in south of Algeria is the objective of projects state to administrate the territory and fixing nomads to offer their a minimum of protection. The photovoltaic curator is one vital means for the implantation of care centers in arid zones. The conservation of pharmaceutical products by the cold, feeding by photovoltaic solar energy, knows again failures, that are showed by a bad adaptation of the electrochemistry storage, which affect system functional, repeated stops implying perishable preserved products. The electrochemistry storage presents fragile aspect, especially in arid and desert climatically conditions. The maintenance are costly and it explosion risk following the accumulation of gases in the battery storage, that's why we envisage using others solutions. In the solar refrigeration, the possibility to envisage others solutions is influenced by the cost of the installation. The sizing and a complete study of a photovoltaic curator with cold storage by taking in consideration the different parameters(the site, the autonomy, the ambient temperature, the insulation, the temperature of order and the number of opening of the conservator). The cold storage is one of the solutions that takes account the cost and minimizes maintenance operations in isolated site and insures an acceptable autonomy if precautions in the choice of the eutectic mixture will be taken in consideration For calculate the different parameters, we uses the SIMULINK. This tool calculation becomes the software most largely employed in academies and industries for modeling and to simulate thermal systems.
