The Off-Design behaviro of the two Hybrid Gas-Steam Combined Plants equipped with Pressurized Fluidized Bed Combustors designed in Part one of the present work has been analyzed. Off-Design behavior has been investigated by varying the following quantities: i) Base Line Gas Turbine IGV setting; ii) Base Line Gas Turbine inlet temperature, iii) Fluidized Bed Heat Exchanger bed height. Results show the capability of both plants to operate efficiently at reduced load.
