摘要

For investigations on the microbial degradation of 1, 2-dichloropropane (DCP) and 2, 2'-dichlorodiisopropyl ether (DDE) different mixed cultures were enriched. An anaerobic culture able to dechlorinate DCP to propene could be established in a laboratory scale fluidized bed reactor with polyurethane (PU) foam as carrier material. An aerobic mixed culture was immobilized on a porous sinter glass and restablished in a fixed bed reactor prior to adaption to DDE degradation. After a lag phase of about 50 dyas during continuous reactor operation, DDE degradation could be detected. Furthermore, determination of the released chloride amount indicated complete dechlorination of DDE.
