摘要

Multi-purposes reusable low-cost ground-space return transportation system a higher aim pursued by many experts working in the technical field of space travel nowadays. Liquid hydrogen/oxygen aerospike rocket engine is the key aspect of propulsion to realize this aim. Aerospike nozzle one kind of composite of composite advanced nozzle that possessed high performances and altitude compensation ability. The paper will introduce the method of aerospike nozzle contour optimization. The comprehensive tests cover different working condition. The results obtained are practically useful for the development of hydrogen/oxygen aerospike rocket engines.
