The experimenal investigation and calculation of aerodynamic-aeroacoustic performance have been carried out in high-Reynolds Number (self-stimulated domain) and low-Reynolds Number (non-self-stimulated domain). Effects of the low Reynolds Number on the rotor aerodynamics-aeroacoustics are elucidated by calculated and modified. The experimental and computational results show that the broadband noise exist almost frequency domain in high-Reynolds Number, and discrete noise dominated in frequency domain in low-Reynolds Number.
