摘要

Unsteady-state performance of methanol synthesis in a fixed bed reactor, packed with catalyst in the middle parts and poison trap or inert material at the two ends, operating under a flow reversal mode, were experimentally studied, and the transient composition of tail gas and time-average methanol output were investigated. The results indicated that three functions, catalytic reaction, poison-removing process and direct heat exchanging, wer eintegrated effectively in the reactor under flow-reversal mode.
