摘要

The integrated process design and optimization for a Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU) are carried out using process simulation and economic evaluation. This work reveals the interrelationships and impacts of different process parameters that were often neglected or unable to understand correctly in the past. The conclusion indicates that at least a net profit increase of 4,112,000 Rmb/yr for a 1,200,000 t/yr FCCU can be realized.
