Commercial Issues in Gas Conversion Projects

摘要

As natural gas rapidly captures a larger share of the energy market concerns about resources, infrastructures, and utilization still remain unanswered. The traditional resource allocation systems of ten fail to consider the "real option" value in large capital investment that is required in major energy projects. The full value chain approach in capital allocation, resource reliability , infrasstructure capacity, policy implementation, and market alternatives can provide better opportunities for GTl commercialization. This paper will address the dynamic view of an integrated strategy based on their strategic intent and cost/benefit evaluation.
