PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate data needed for card issuance and operation of a subordinate system.;SOLUTION: A subordinate system 3 collates subordinate system cooperation data output from a card issuance management system 2 with recording information of a card 6 read out by a card reader, and performs management of members such as attendance management of employees and student entry/exit management of a library.
