This paper proposes an IGCC plant combined with a cement production plant, for high efficiency power generation and free of waste materials. Coal, limestone, iron-oxide and crashed stone are fed into the gasifier, in which coal is gasified and a part of limestone is decomposed. Then, coal ash and other materials are introduced into the calciner, in which, these materials are calcined and converted to cement clinker in high temperature atmosphere. The purpose of feeding lime stone and other materials into the gasifier is to lower the gas outlet temeprature and which is to reduce process air flow to the gasifier. They act as heat transfer mediate and desulfurizing adsorbent. And in case of high pressure gasification, partially decomposed CO_2 from lime stone can effectively expand in the gas turbine of power generation. This process is expected to realize efficient power generation with zero of disposal.
