Influence of coal additives on coal combustion property

摘要

Static layer combustion device was used to imitate the coal combustion state of chaingrateboiler, several additives was used to study the influence of additives on coal combustion property,the factor of furnace temperature was adopted to evaluate the influence. Industrial trials using twokinds of additives were done in the type of KZL-1-8 chaingrate boiler. The results are as follows:compared with coal without additives, coal using additives can raise boiler heat efficiency 5-6%,save coal 8-10%, reduce carbon content in slag 5-12%, cut down SO 2 emission in flue gas26-30%.
