This article expounds that the factory, with the dried sweet potato as the main production material and the annual production output of ten thousand ton alcohol, adopts the advanced technologies such as biological anaerobe, facultative oxygen digestion, aerobic, physical and chemical treatment etc to comprehensively control the stillage liquid , on the basis of research, successful ,practical experiences, full and accurate data and process flow. The engineering system of the process can realize the daily disposal capacity of high concentration organic sewage of 400-500 tons with the COD,BOD and SS degradation purification rates above 99% and the drainage reaching the second grade drainage standard for the second class pollutants stipulated in the GB8978-1996. The biogas produced the whole year is 2.55-2.7million cubic meters ,which can obtain the direct economic benefit of more than 2.6 million yuan R.M.B.
