PSOLUTION: After the digestion sludge from an anaerobic digestion tank 1 is drawn and heated to 60C in a sludge solubilizing tank 3 to preferentially solubilize the organic component, the sludge is subjected to solid liquid separation to obtain separated sludge with an increased proportion of the inorganic component, which is then discharged as an excess sludge to the outside of the system. The separated liquid is returned to the anaerobic digestion tank 1.
