The Revamping in Billet Caster for Gigh Efficiencyat Handan Iron and Steel Group CO, Ltd

摘要

This paper describes the practiec of revamping of a ROKOP billet caster for hgih efficiency at Steel-making Pplant No.1, Handan Iron and Steel Group Co, Ltd. and the characteristics and execution of the key technologies applied in the revamping, including parabolic taper mold, semi-plate spring oscillating device and three-roll straightening and withdrawal machine with single motor are introduced. Moreover the measures for high efficient continuous caster are studied.
