Technical Developemtn Of Clean Steel At No.3 Steelmaking Plant Of WISCO

It is described in this paper that the work has been done in the process and production of clean steel in recent years for No.3 Steel Plant of WISCO. The measures taken in the control of (C),(N),(H), T.O and the modification of non-metallic inclusion in steel are discussed, as well as the effects of IF steel adn petroleum pipeline resulting from the measures.
