摘要

The uniform mixing time of the bath, the residence time of injected powder through the bath, and the penetration ratio of injected powder into the melt are the three basic parameters, which determine the desulphurization efficiency in the ladle. In the first part, the factors, which influence the three basic parameters, were experimentally investigated. The correlation formula between the three parameters and the injection operation parameters was obtained from the experimental results and flow field information.
