The sequential life testing approach is a hypothesis testing situation in which a decision is made about accepting, rejecting or continuing sampling as observations become available. In this work, we will develop a sequential life testing approach in which the underlying sampling distribution is the Weibull model, providing rules for making one of the three possible decisions as each observation becmes available; that is: accept the null hypothesis H_0, reject the null hypothesis H_0 or obtain additional information by making another observation. Afterward, the Operating Characteristic Curve - O.C. curve - for this test will be determined, with the probability of accepting the null hypothesis H_0 considered in two situations; when #theta#=#theta#_0 and also when #beta# = #beta#_0. Some numerical integration procedures (Simpson's 1/3 rule in this work) will have to be used for finding the O.C. curve. An example will illustrate the proposed approach.
