The multi-way tube joint was manufactured with advanced hydraulic extrusion bulge forming replacing conventional working methods. In the paper, three deformation stages and compound stress-strain state of extrusion-bulge forming process were analyzed. The calculation formulas of the forming force on hydraulic extrusion-bulge of the three-way tube joint were determined. The load curves of different specification for three-way tube were measured. The theoretical results showed a good agreement with the test data.
