Development of environmentally friendlylubricant with high performance and simple treatment for cold forging

摘要

Soap-phosphate coatings (Soap-Ph) on steel workpiece have been generally used as cold forging lubricant. A large amount of industrial waste and wastewater contained phosphorus discharged. So substitute lubricants have been developed not to pollute earth environment.
