The Vortex-Glass Transition and Phase Diagram in Lo-T_c Superconductors

We have investigated the vortex states in the thick films of granular indium and amorphous Mo_xSi_(1-x). For In films convincing evidence for the vortex-glass transition (VGT) has been obtained from both dc and ac measurements in the fields B between 0.01 and 0.7 T. Absence of the VGT at Bapprox 0 is reasonable, however, this result is contrasted with the recent report for YBaCuO films. For Mo_xSi_(1-x) films critical behavior for the VGT has not been observed from ac measurements at any field studied.
