Estimation of Current Distribution in a Type II Superconductor

摘要

To estimate a current distribution in a superconductor is important to inspect inhomogeneities of the sample, but measuring directly these currents is difficult. We present an estimating method of this current distribution from measuring magnetic field outside the sample. These currents are represented by a superposition of circular currents. We adopt Genetic Algorithyms in search of an optimal configuration of the circular currents of which magnetic fields simulate the measured data well. As the results of numerical experiments, it is concluded that the present method provides an efficient method for estimation of the current distribution in the sample.
