Cu NMR STUDY OF HgBa_2CuO_(4+#delta#) AND HgBa_2CaCu_2O_(6+#delta#)

摘要

We report Cu NMR study of the low frequency spin dynamics for high-T_c cuprate superconductors, HgBa_2CuO_(4+#delta#) (Hg1201) and HgBa_2CaCu_2O_(6+#delta#) (Hg1212), using the Cu NmR spin-echo technique. We observed the pseudo spin-gap behavior from the underdoped to the overdoped regions for both systems. Discussions are made from the viewpoint of the mean-field 2D t-J model.
