摘要

Purine and purine derivatives are one of main compounds of big biological molecular nucleic acid. Aaron et al have found that purine compounds have strong phosphorescence at deeply cold (77 K) in rigid glass. However solid substrate room temperature phosphorescence (SS-RTP)provide a simple and quick procedure as well as economic approach for the determination of purine compounds. In this paper,the molecular structure and pH as well as heavy atom effect on RTP properties of purine compounds were examined in deatil. All records of RTP measurements were carried out on MPF-4 fluorescence spectrophotometer (HITACH). Purine, xanthine, theophylline, 6-methyaminopurines were used model compounds.
