摘要

Isotope dilution (ID) is a powerful strategy for elemental analysis. The combination of ID technique with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) offers further suitability because it permits accurate and precise determinations of elements, particularly in the certifications of environmental and biological standard reference materials (CRMs). Although ID-ICP-MS has frequently been applied to the determinations of a number of elements in various matrices, only a few applications have been reported for the rare earth elements at ultra trace levels in biological materials.
