OPTIMAL INVERSE COMMUTATION LOGIC OF SQUARE-WAVE BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR

摘要

This paper deduces the general expression of current commutation function on the basis of the operational principle of brushless DC motor and the expression of electrical torque, and gets corresponding control trigger signal and the general expression of rotor's polar position signal. At last, this paper offers a design example of BLDCM according to rules of the minimal torque's fluctuation and the maximum output power.
