Rolls-Royce Allison is transitioning to an organization based on Integrated product Teams (IPT) to better service customers iin all areas of our business.The Model 250 Product Line initially began functioning as a co-located and integrated team(Sales,Program Management,Customer Support and Engineering) in the mid-1980s.Over the past few years,the team coverage has expanded and through the Rolls-Royce Allison initiative has been formalized in structure and process.
