Observed records and dynamic analysis of a base-isolated building for hyogo-ken nambu earthquake

Analytical investigation sfor seismic response records observed on a base-isolated building during Hyogo-ken Nambu Earthquake in 1995 are operated in detail.the base-isolated building has ben locateed on about 35 km of distance from the epicenter.By processing observed response records of the base-isolated building the estimations for th4e following two items are emphasized:1) rotational behaviors such as rocking response and torsional response,2) vertical deformations of base-isolators.
