The present invention provides an earthquake insurance damage compensation notification system of a piloti building using a seismograph, an earthquake insurance damage compensation notification method of a piloti building using a seismograph and a computer-readable recording medium having a program recorded therein to perform the same which allow damage compensation by a reasonable method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the earthquake insurance damage compensation notification method of a piloti building using a seismograph acquires the magnitude of an earthquake, if an earthquake occurs, by a seismograph which is installed on a first floor of a piloti building employing super reinforcement with flexibility (SRF) for enclosing or attaching fiber to a column of the piloti building for seismic reinforcement after weaving the fabric into a belt form or a sheet form and senses vibration of the piloti building if an earthquake occurs, determines whether the piloti building is a payment target for insurance money based on the acquired value of the magnitude of the earthquake, and transmits a determination result to a user terminal of a related person of the piloti building. The earthquake insurance damage compensation notification method comprises: a first step of comparing a value of the magnitude of the earthquake acquired by a seismograph installed on a floor of the piloti building other than the first floor with a predetermined reference value if the magnitude of the earthquake is not acquired by the seismograph or the value of the magnitude of the earthquake acquired by the seismograph is not transmitted to a management server of an insurance company; and a second step of determining whether the piloti building is a payment target for insurance money based on a comparison value derived by the first step, and transmitting a determination result to the user terminal of the related person of the piloti building.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
