Nonceramic post insulator design in normal and polluted condition can be studied by exploring dimensional effects like S/P ratios, maximum shed projection lengths, radius, inclination angles and shed numbers. Then the optimum volume and creapage distance can be found taking in account leakage current flow value and tangential electric field through insulator surface. This paper show a study of dimensional effects of leakage currents and tangential electric fields for design of non ceramic insulators, where the calculation is performed by Charge Simulation Method (CSM) with two dielectric arrangements and configuration countur points and charges. Beside that we calculated leakage current at insulator surface which have resistance. Both of calculation are helped by delphi program to make easy the analysis.
